E7 Technologies utilizes the top-of-the-line pad printing equipment
from TOSH, who is recognized as a world leader in pad printers. In
many cases, we can make the plates in our dark room and have custom
fixtures created, enabling us to pad print as many as 5,000 units
per day. From golf balls to GPS units and cell-phone housings to DVR
cases, we can pad print your parts quickly and professionally. We
offer this service as a stand alone option or a value-added service
to our other refurbishing operation.
The above graphic shows the work flow for our customized pad printing
process. First, we are able to make our own plates using our developer
and dark room equipment. Then we color match and are able to print
on almost any surface.
